comfortable bedpowerful showergood amount
The room had everything I needed. The bed was COMFORTABLE , and I found a variety of pillows. The bathroom was very good with a powerful shower. I appreciated the good amount of tea , coffee , and hot chocolate provided.
The floors were quite creaky , and I could hear footsteps from other guests.

breakfast was good.
the room was small, i was annoyed about the tiny bathroom. the temperature control did not exist, i could not adjust it. i saw peeling wallpaper, very irritating. the experience was poor value.

i found the location excellent it's very close to the train station and ferry terminal. breakfast provided a super selection of items well cooked and tasty. the staff were kind ensuring i had everything i needed.
the sash windows needed replacing in my room so i heard some external noise.

the room was a big size with nice furniture i found it clean and comfortably warm. the bathroom had up to date practical fittings it was very clean too.

the hotel is well appointed i found its central location to be convenient. its proximity to rail and bus links made my travel arrangements easy. shops and restaurants are also very close.

the location was good.
The hotel felt quite dated. the bathroom door didn't shut properly. i also heard every footstep from the room above. It sounded like elephant ballet on creaking boards, honestly!!!

excellent wifiuseful desk
I was thrilled by the early check-in. It really helped me settle in smoothly. The room featured excellent WiFi and a useful desk. This was great, as my trip involved work. The room's view included the Mull ferry. This added such a nice touch.

the room was clean and it had a good size the bed was comfortable. breakfast included nice coffee that i enjoyed. the location was superb and close to transport links.
the radiator in my room was not very warm it could have been a little warmer.
